Elementary Assistant
The Elementary Assistant supports the Elementary Director by implementing weekly programming, preparing environments, coordinating volunteer teams, and managing logistics for Sunday services, Wednesday nights, childcare events, and Elementary spaces. This role is highly execution-focused, ensuring that every Elementary environment is ready, staffed, safe, and welcoming so the ministry can run smoothly and consistently.
Wonder Kids Director
The Wonder Kids Director is a part-time staff role with the potential to grow in both hours and responsibility. This position leads Connect Church’s disability inclusion ministry, serving children and families affected by disability, autism, and neurodivergence.
The Wonder Kids Director is primarily responsible for building strong relationships with families, coordinating the 1:1 Buddy Program, overseeing sensory spaces, and leading a team of volunteers to ensure every child has the opportunity to encounter Jesus in a welcoming and supportive environment.
