Early Childhood Education Director
Position Summary:
Connect Academy is seeking a spiritually grounded and motivated Early Childhood Education Director to launch and lead a new Christian daycare ministry. This role is an exciting opportunity to build a dynamic early learning program from the ground up, rooted in faith and excellence. While this will not be a state-licensed facility at the outset, the Director will be responsible for pursuing the necessary state approvals and exemptions, and for ensuring compliance with all applicable health, safety, and staffing guidelines.

Missions Pastor
The Missions Pastor is responsible for leading and overseeing the missions efforts of Connect Church, including local outreach, national partnerships, and international missions. This full-time pastoral role exists to develop a culture of outreach, empower and care for missionaries and partners, coordinate mission trips and events, and provide spiritual leadership in alignment with the church’s overall mission and values.

Venue Director
The Venue Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, bookings, and guest services at Arche and Arbour. This role ensures a high standard of excellence for every event hosted at the venue, maintaining a seamless experience for clients from inquiry to event execution. The director manages all venue spaces, collaborates with vendors, and oversees part-time or contract staff to ensure successful events while protecting and promoting the vision and reputation of the venue.
