    Clothing should be:

Modest – not revealing or suggestive

Comfortable – for outdoor activities and games

Respectful – of yourself and others

    Appropriate – for a church-sponsored environment

    Please avoid clothing that:

Shows undergarments (including bra straps or boxer waistbands)

Has low-cut necklines, crop tops, or backless designs

    Is excessively tight or see-through

Includes offensive language, inappropriate images, or drug/alcohol references

    FOR GIRLS

Shirts/tops must fully cover the stomach, chest, and back

Shorts must have a modest length (mid-thigh or longer)

Leggings are allowed with a long top

    One-piece swimsuits only, with shorts

No spaghetti straps or low-cut armholes unless worn with a cover-up

Tank tops with a thick strap are allowed

    FOR GUYS

Shirts must stay on unless at the pool or designated water activities

Shorts and pants should be worn at the waist (no sagging)

No tank tops with oversized armholes unless worn with a shirt underneath

Swim trunks only for water activities (no compression shorts without shorts over them)

    Appropriate Footwear

For your safety during games and outdoor activities, closed-toed shoes are required — no exceptions.

This includes sports, team competitions, and any physically active sessions.

Sandals, slides, Crocs, or flip-flops are fine for free time, the pool/creek area or walking around camp, but not during games.

Please pack at least one pair of closed-toed athletic shoes and wear them during designated activity times or when instructed by your leader.

    SWIMWEAR

Girls: Only one-piece swimsuits with shorts are allowed.

Guys: Swim trunks; no compression shorts worn alone.

🔹 Towels and cover-ups should be worn to and from swim areas.

    FINAL NOTE

If clothing doesn’t align with these guidelines, a leader will gently and privately address it and help find a solution. Camp leadership reserves the right to make final decisions about clothing that may or may not be specifically mentioned here. Our goal is to encourage one another to walk in love and consider how our choices impact those around us (Romans 14:13; 1 Corinthians 10:31).

    Our Heart

This dress code isn’t about shame — it’s about honoring God, respecting others, and building a culture of mutual care. Let’s focus on what matters most: growing in Christ and connecting as a family of faith.
